Jewelry - In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your custom-made jewelry, we will either replace it or issue a refund (we will issue a refund for the jewelry only; we do not refund shipping charges). In order to qualify for a replacement or refund, please be sure to notify us within 30 days of receipt of your jewelry.

Please take care when ordering the size of your jewelry as we must incur a restringing fee if you return it to be resized. We wish we could resize it at no additional cost to you, however, it takes us just as much time to restring your bracelet as it does to string it the first time. We appreciate your understanding this situation!

We do not accept returns of polishing cloths and earrings ... all sales are final.
